Convert Metamorph regions file (.rgn) to IJ ROI Manager

Hi,

I'm currently doing FRAP experiments with a Metamorph-driven rig and I'd
like to get into ImageJ as soon as possible in the analysis pipeline. I have
FRAP regions defined during acquisition and saved as .rgn file. Before
trying to do a macro for reading .rgn files into a list of ROIs in ImageJ's
ROI manager, I wonder if someone has done it already or has some code for
converting individual ROIs between .rgn and .roi format.
