From 3D to 2D projections

Hi guys,

I'm new to ImageJ but I see it's an awesome resource for image analysis. Right now I'm trying to make a projection of all my Z stacks taken from a Zeiss 710 confocal (.lsm format) with 5 different channels into a single 2D image (something like DeltaVision's quick projection tool). How can I do this in ImageJ????
