I have resolved the IP address of rsbweb.nih.gov by executing "traceroute rsbweb.nih.gov". however, if I now replace rsbweb.nih.gov by the IP address in the link  which József provided, I now get a page not found error.

http://165.112.93.31 points to the NIH Biostatistics department.

What went/goes wrong and how may I find out the correct IP address of the IJ website?
