Hi All,

Thanks for all suggestions. I have downloaded LOCI plugin and it processes ND2 file pretty well. Thanks a lot for help.

Hi,

I would recommend exporting into a multi image tiff file and working from
there.

The processes of imagej don't seem to recognise the nd2 file, much simpler
to export the rgb image into individual stacks.

Let us know how you get on and perhaps even post your macro
