Hi Ramon,

First, it would help to know which version of the LOCI Plugins and
ImageJ you are using.  To find the ImageJ version, select "Help > About ImageJ";
 to find the LOCI Plugins version, select "Help > About Plugins > LOCI Plugins".

It would also help if you could send one of the problematic .oif datasets to
the Bio-Formats developers so that we can more efficiently fix the problem.
If you need a place to upload files, please let me know and I will
provide you with the Bio-Formats SFTP server information off-list.
