Be patient. The ImageJDev team has enough on their plates already, I am
sure the download link will be fixed in due time. For the moment, it is
not advisable to use ij-2.0-SNAPSHOT unless you are willing to contribute
to that project, as far as I can tell.

All this was discussed at length at the ImageJ conference.

As to developing on top of ImageJ2: it is still in a phase where
contributors are most important. Should you decide to become one, you
might be interested in subscribing to the imagejx list, and to read up on
the mails of the last month or so (it's not really a high volume list, so
that's not too much to ask for).

If you're not interested in developing ImageJ2, I would recommend to wait
a little.
