I have used Gabriel Landini's ThreePointCircularROI plugin
(http://www.dentistry.bham.ac.uk/landinig/software/software.html) to obtain
radius of curvature.

Hi everybody,

I would like to analyze actin fiber bending and thought it would be
interesting to get the radius of curvature. This seems to be a good starting
point as this was requested several times in the list.
Unfortunatly I did not find an answer in the archive...

If someone could give me a hint it would be great.
