Using ImageJ in my own application

Hi folks!
I'm new using ImageJ and Java in general and for several days I'm trying to
integrate ImageJ into my own JFrame.
To start the only thing I want is within my own JFrame include ImageJ
without leave in a separate window., This is possible? could you give me an
example code?
Later need to use ImageJ as a library for my own application.
