two lines length measurement and equation

Hello,

I have red the documentation and I couldn't find the following. Of course it might be my fault that I cannot locate how to do that:

I want to measure the length of two lines at the same image (e.g. height and length of a carvical bone). I then want to create an equation based on that length and get the result.

I have no idea how to do that. Could you help me please, this is for a research project.
