Voronoi Diagrams

Hi all, that's my first post here - I'm an absolute beginner in ImageJ.
I'm working on patterned surfaces. So far, I have managed to create Voronoi diagrams of the patterns, but did not find a way to do quantitative analysis of the diagrams. Is there a possibility or plugin which allows me to (automatically) count the amount of polygons with a defined amount of vertices or a specific symmetry?
I greatly appreciate any help!
