Measuring tubular length, branching angle and branch length

Hello everyone,

for the analysis of branching morphogenesis I am trying to measure the length of tubular structures as well as the angle and length of branches. The raw data is a tiff image which i converted into a binary. I tryed to sceletonise and measure the length of each line but i failed. Can someone tell me how i can measure the individual lines? Another Problem may be that the tubules are not straight lines but curves.
