Circularity

Dear All,
I am a very new user of ImageJ and want to analyse nuclei within TEM
images, as my experimental cells visually have more invaginations in the
nuclear envelope than the 'controls'. I thought that the 'circularity'
option would be the best way to go, but it does not appear in the
'Analyse'/'Set Measurements' window, despite the ImageJ site saying
"Circularity calculations are built into ImageJ 1.29 and later...." at
<http://rsbweb.nih.gov/ij/plugins/circularity.html>
Can anyone please help with this, or indeed suggest another approach I
could use?
Many thanks in advance,
Jules
