hi, i am also interested in measuring the nuclear and cytoplasmic area, volume, perimeter and feret diameter using the imageJ software ca nany one explain the procedure or tell me which plugin can do this better ways

also want to know how to get individual cell value ( both Nuclear & Cytoplasm) ( area, perimeter,volume,feret diameter)
