I'd have to purchase the Tablet PC is the primary reason I haven't
considered it...yet

But that aside are you speaking of the tablets running a full OS...or is
there the possibility of Android operating devices running ImageJ (I have
heard the association with Java but never used an android device and I know
there are some Android Pads coming down the pike)?

My PI is a Mac guy and Mac doesn't have a tablet PC so it may be tricky to
try to talk the lab into the need of a PC in the Tablet version.   The iPad
is something we already have access to at this time.
I'll keep an eye out for a good used tablet PC just to keep my options open!

Thanks Stephan
