Dear Sanda,

You will need to install a plugin called loci_tools.jar from http://www.loci.wisc.edu/bio-formats/imagej to read .lif files. After you copy loci_tools.jar into ImageJ plugins folder, you will be able to read the image.

Dear all

I was installing ImageJ and I was trying to open a lif. file but the
message is: File is not in a suported format a reader plug in is not
available, or it was not found". Did I miss something when I install the
ImageJ program? or Java?
