One option is to select "Plugins > LOCI > LOCI Plugins Shortcut Window"
when you start ImageJ or Fiji. You can then drag and drop files onto the
resulting "LOCI Plugins Shortcut Window", or click the "Bio-Formats
Importer" button, which has the same behavior as selecting "Plugins >
LOCI > Bio-Formats Importer".
