Image Warp, Distort Transform with ImageJ?

Im looking for a distort image plugin that allows me to define an 4 sided irregular polygon around an image and then stretch that image.

I'm taking perspective images of buildings and creating texture maps of each building side by stretching the irregular polygon of a building face to a regular rectangle.
