Hi Donny,

Two possible scenarios I can think of are:

1) Somehow you are opening the original file. Maybe it has the same name as
the downsampled version, but is in a different folder?

2) For some reason you didn't have permission to save over the original
file.

Either way, try saving the downsampled image to a totally new filename and
opening that.
