Creating 4D reconstruction movies that support 3D Vision from NVIDIA

Does anyone know if ImageJ (or other image processing software) allows the creation of 4D movies from (multiphoton/confocal image sets) that support either the 3D Vision from NVIDIA (with active shutter glasses) or the 3D Blue ray movie versions using the active shutter glasses and the new 3D capable HDTVs?
