ImageJ Batch Convert Issues

Dear Fellow ImageJ Users,

I just started using ImageJ and want to utilize the "batch convert"
feature (process>batch>convert). I followed the instructions in the
ImageJ documentation, but when I perform the operation, none of my LSM
images are converted to my desired output format (jpeg or TIFF). Basically,
after all the images open sequentially one-by-one in the program and the
program seems to be converting the LSM images to JPEG, nothing appears in
the designated folder.

I am currently using Mac OSX 10.6.4 and the newest version of ImageJ.

Any ideas or suggestions?
