limits of XY plots

Hello, I have a macro that plots XY data in separate text files. The plots I am working with have 12580 points and this amount of data isn't clearly resolved by imageJ's plotting macro. Is there anyway that my plots can be produced at a higher resolution or even saved as super high-res image files?
