Greetings!

I am new to this listserv, but I have been a long time NIH Image user and current Scion Image user.  I would like to switch over to Image J, but I am having a problem.  I use the mean density measurement in my research, and my problem is that in Image J, black is 0 and white is 256.  In Scion, black is 256 and white is 0.  Does anyone know how to invert the scale in Image J such that black is 256 and white is 0?  I know that I could just set up a spreadsheet in Excel to subtract the density measurement provided by Image J from 256, but it would be nice if the program would make the measurement using a scale that is equivalent to Scion.
