Keyboard Shortcuts

I am having trouble with a shortcut I have installed on the n+ key.

I get a message saying "no open image", has something been installed on
here in an update? It works when I down grade to 1.42, but does not work
with new versions now.

 

The macro is:
macro "Stage Step Up [n+]" {

run("serial plugin", "genericcmd=[gr 0 0 -50] waitanswer");

}

 

I do not feel it is the macro as I has the converse installed on the n-
key.

 

Any help much appreciated
