Help with ImageJ Data Analysis

Dear Members of Image J Mailing List,
 
I am e-mailing with hopes in speaking with someone who is an expert in the ImageJ program. I am analyzing data and need some assistance. I am looking at catecholamine-containing nerves of the uterine artery using the glyoxylic acid technique, visualizing them under fluorescence microscopy. I am interested in using ImageJ to quantify the nerve fibers in a designated area of the artery so I can compare the innervation of different samples. If you could help me, I would greatly appreciate it. I look forward to hearing from you.
