temporal smoothing

Hello everyone.
I am looking for help with temporal smoothing in stacks. I am recording time series of XY images with a Zeiss microscope, that I open as stacks with Image J. I am already doing median filtering within one image, but I also would like to do smoothing between adjacent images (temporal smoothing). How can I do that?
