3D binary Reconstruct

Hi,
I have a binary stack I need to clean (remove smallest particles). I
simply apply a binary erosion then I would like to apply a
binaryreconstruct. I use the G. Landini's Morphology tools but the
binaryreconstruction does not work on stack.
Any other suggestions ?
