Lung stereology

Is there a particular software I should download from Image J that will
calculate lung parenchyma volume, airspace volume, and alveolar volume?

I am trying to calculate total alveolar number from H&E slides. If anyone
has suggestions or a better interpretation of Dunnill's modification of
Gomez and Weibel's equations that would be very helpful.
