Manders coefficients JACoP problem

Hi all,

I have problems with the results of Manders' coefficients from the JACoP
plugin when using thresholds.

When comparing one image with its duplicate(as a positive control), Manders'
Coefficients without thresholds are equal to 1 as expected, but not when
using thresholds (threshold values are the same for both images)!

Any idea about what is happening?
