3D skeleton

Hi all,
I'm sure it exists but I can't find it (even in the archives). I need to
compute the map of thickness in a porous media. I use the localthickness
plugin that works well but I need to mask it with the skeleton in order to
get the thickness of the wall.
For that, I need a 3D skeleton... I do not find.
