how I can get the 8 bit color picture color value of one point?

dear teacher,
I know when i use the "point" in the tool, I can know the  (x,y) color from
the "value" which is show in the imageJ; how can i show get from the macro?
for example, i can get(x,y)= (45,200)color: (r,g,b), and judge r>100, i set
color as i like. there are some macro function do this ?
