Video Capure Macro Tool

Dear ImageJ users,

I installed ImageJ and was trying to use the plugin called "Video Capure
Macro Tool" but encounter a small problem following the set up instructions
(link for instructions:
http://rsb.info.nih.gov/ij/macros/tools/VideoCaptureTool.txt). My problem is
that in step 11 of the instructions "Right-click the capture (camera) icon
to set the capture options" *I don't know where to find the "capture
(camera) icon" and therefore I can not proceed with the set up. *Could
someone help me out with this issue?
