Hi Jose,

did you install the macro? If it is open in a text window, there is  
an 'Install' command in the 'Macro' menu of the text window.

If you need it more often, copy it into the StartupMacros.txt file of  
ImageJ/macros.
(If you have done that and it does not show up, maybe you have more  
tools than the toolbar can show).
