Dear Johannes,

you are right, 32bit version is 1.4.3n, SyncWindows works
64bit version is 14.3q. SyncWindows does not work

upgrade to 1.4.3.q on 32bit version: SyncWindows does not work anymore.
So it is not a problem with 64bit, but with the ImageJ version.
I hope a fix will be out soon.
