Hi Markus,

Thank you for sending additional information.  Unfortunately, I cannot
reproduce the problem with the Zeiss LSM datasets that I have.  Would
you be willing to send one of the problematic datasets to aid in
debugging?  You can place data on the LOCI FTP server, details for
which will be sent off-list.
