Problems with LSM_Toolbox

I am in the process of setting up one Mac running Snow Leopard 10.6.2  
and one PC running XP SP3. I downloaded the current versions of ImageJ  
for both platforms. I also downloaded the LSM_Toolbox plugin. I added  
it to the OS X version's Plugin Folder and everything works fine. I  
did the same for XP and when I try to run the plugin I get the  
following error.

Plugin or class not found: "LSM_Toolbox"

(java.Lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/imagearchive/lsm/reader/info/
LSMFileInfo)

What's a guy to do?
