Hi Zeev,

From your email, I presume you're trying to launch ImageJ/the plugin directly from Netbeans. Try to right click on the Project you're trying to run and go to Properties. In the window that should pop-up, you may find a "Run" entry where you may edit the options used at startup by the JVM: try setting the required amount of memory there. Hopefully, this should solve your problem
