Hi Judy,
it could be problem with permissions - maybe ImageJ cannot search
your first folder because the permissions do not allow it? (make also
sure that the owner is correct).
To check permissins:
Right-click on the folder and select 'Properties', then select the
'Security' tab). If you don't see a 'Security' tab, unselect the
option 'Use simple file sharing (Recommended)' in 'Advanced Settings'.
