Need help to study animal behaviour

Dear list

I am doing a research in animal behavior and i need some help.
My work in imagej is detect fishes in a aquaria and measure their tracks and
speed. To this I am using the Mtrack2 plug in that best fits to detect
tracks. I am working with stacks, but my wmv movies don´t work in imagej.
What should I do? Should I convert the videos or I can get a plug in for
this?

Other question:
There is any plug in like the Ethovision program for ImageJ?
There is other plug ins to study the animal behaviour?


There is any suggestions?
