Hi AAron,
if you extract the blue channel by some means (the easiest would be "Colors
/ Split Channels", but there are more specific one, too),
you can draw any line across the blue channel and the plot the intensity
with "Ctrl-K"

Hello all,
Basically, I have an image showing a blue and clear liquid partially mixed
together. I want to be able to draw a line across the image and then be
able
to see a graph / table showing the colour intensity of blue across the
image
at any particular point across the line. Does anyone know if this is
possible to achieve? I've had a play around with a couple of ImageJ
plug-ins
but to no avail.
Thanks,
Aaron Cain
