Image looks so whitish and Bad on display

Hello Friends,

 

I am using Imagej 1.42q version for displaying images.

When i was loading the image name "TestImage.dic" then It looks so whitish
and also image is on bad display.

 

I am uploaded snapshot of the images while display in imagej as well as on
other Dicom viewer

See  bad.png and original.png.
