I assume if there is any problem with ImageJ on Windows 7 it is a general
Java problem - OR? What did you try?
Some quick googling turns out that from JRE 6.14 on, there should be no
more problems, alternatively, it seems, one needs
a "registered" copy of MSVCR71.dll in the system or Java folder via
regsvr32 C:\Windows\MSVCR71.dll

Did you not forget to include something important in your mail? Such as a
description how ImageJ is _not_ compatible with Windows 7? Remember: not
everybody has (or for that matter, wants) Windows 7 on their computers.
