need help please

Hello friends of ImageJ,

so I am a beginner in this program ImageJ and I can´t find the Plugin
“Plugins/Colour functions/Threshold Colour”. I have already downloaded the
newest plugin-zip but the option "threshold colour" isn´t there.

I am really very thankful for any help.
