Thank you very much for your reply. I could see the actual image by giving the image size, format in
"Import/Raw" in ImageJ.

Actually my requirement is , I should process the raw file( which is a 16 bit grayscale) and create 4 images of different brightness and contrast.

Can you please suggest me any approach regarding this.
