Did you account for Big-endian/Little-endian byte ordering?
File/Import/Raw has a checkbox for this, but seems to only apply when
going from a little-endian to big-endian machine. I don't know what
happens if you go the other way. I have had problems with this in the past
when gpoing from a Sun Work station to a PC.
