IMAGEJ as SDK for image correction

Hello,

I am looking for a SDK/API for automatic image correction, like auto-contrast, auto-color and so on (as we know it from professional applications like Photoshop). I don't need a GUI.
Does ImageJ provide these possibilities? Autocontrast, autocolor per API?
