Memory limit for Java decresead to 1412 Mb

Dear all,

Since yesterday the memory limit for the Java virtual machine on my
computer with windows XP SP2 has decreased from 1600 Mb to 1412 Mb. The
only change seems to be an update of Microsoft Office (2003 SP3) done on
all computers of our site. I have reinstalled ImageJ together with Java and
the new limit is unchanged.
Does somebody have a clue ?
