I have a single channel, multi Z multi T stack from our Andor system.
I can import the multilayered tiff data through LOCI and it arranges
all the z and t correctly. Now I am trying to write it out as an
image sequence with the slices named correctly according to z and t.
When I try to do this using "use slice labels as file names" checked,
I get an error message that says No Such File or Directory. If I
uncheck the box, it saves, but with no Z and T information in the file
names. Dave
