The documentation for Adrian's FWHM at
<http://rsbweb.nih.gov/ij/plugins/fwhm/> says it is installed in the
Analyze>Tools menu, not in the Plugins menu. With ImageJ 1.43, you can
install this plugin by dragging "Adrian_FWHM.jar" from a browser window
and dropping it on the ImageJ window.
