All,

I can run  Analyze-skeleton  with no problems as follows:

run("Blobs (25K)");
run("Make Binary");
run("Skeletonize (2D/3D)");
run("Analyze Skeleton (2D/3D)");

I am using ImageJ 1.43b and analyzeskeleton_.jar downloaded on 2/22/09. What
is your setup?
