Nanofiber diameter calculation with imageJ

I am doing my PhD about electrospinning. So i need to calculate mean fiber
diameter by using imageJ. But i would like to calculate diameters
automatically rather than measuring one by one. So i will be appreciated
if somebody can tell me how to do it with this software.
